eCredit Management eFlow
ECM enables key users to effectively manage and follow-up outstanding customer accounts. Customers' details will be displayed, based on user defined selection criteria.
Upon selection, individual customers' information can be viewed along with any follow-up notes that have been added for the customer.
Detailed transactions for each customer can be easily retrieved showing outstanding invoices along with any payments, credit notes that have been applied.
AP eFlow and AR eFlow
eFlow enables Suppliers and Customers to enquire the status of their accounts via your Internet Web Site. Each Customer and Supplier is given its own set of user name and password to access its own account information.
Suppliers can access the website to check on the status of their unfulfilled purchase orders, and unpaid invoices.
Customers, on the other hand, can view any invoices they may have outstanding, and also to confirm the receipt of their payment.
Purchase Order eFlow
The Purchase Order Approval process has been automated. A Purchase Order that cannot be completed due to delegation limits are automatically forwarded by email to the selected authoriser. Authorisers can then Accept or Reject these Purchase Orders.
Web Domain Security
The Web Domain Security option allows easy entry and maintenance of users' security setup. Domains, printers and menus are nominated against the user. The security settings belonging to each group of domains, printers and menus nominated will be applicable to the user. If a user does not belong to any group, this implies the user has full access to the data, and no constraints will be applied to the user. All users will belong to the Default menu group, unless specified otherwise.
Net Services for GL and PC
Using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) technology and running Century Financials Net Service Excel clients predefined functions can be used within Excel to produce user defined reports extracting information from the General Ledger and Project Costing module. With limited Excel skills templates can be saved for end of month reconciliation or adhoc reports can easily be written to extract the necessary information from the transaction tables.
Spooled Reports from Browser Menu
Selecting the Spool option from the Browser menu displays spooled reports for viewing and printing. This new functionality increases the efficiency of the printing process for our web-based applications.
