Responsibility
> Should be a able to supervise and manage the Support Service Team
> Able to attend to our customer requirement effectively
> Review, audit and recommend improvement in the areas of serving our clients better
> To ensure all RFS (Request For Service) are updated and closed promptly
> To monitor and to ensure clients are managed in accordance to maintenance agreement
> Able to travel and to work long hours
Requirements
> Candidate must possess at least a Master's in Information Technology
> Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
> Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
> At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
> Must be Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software and Hardware or equivalent
> Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management
> Full-Time positions available
> Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
