Responsibility
> Understanding of the business challenges and operational pains organizations
> Ability to communicate - multilevel discussions in client hierarchy
> Execution of SLA
> Monitoring of effective relationships, communications and reporting with internal/external users/customers and vendors/suppliers with measures and reports
> Proactively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement of Support and Project Management throughout the organisation

Requirements
> Candidate must posses bachelor Degree in Computing/ IT, Accounting or Finance
> At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
> Strong business acumen and the ability to work well both as an individual and in a team situation is paramount
> Candidates with experience in software implementations or product quality control
> Excellent planning, organization, negotiation, and teamwork skills
> Must have and maintain a professional image and demeanor which promotes the company's image/reputation
> Must be willing to travel
> Full time and Contractual positions available
